“I hired Michelle because she demonstrated confidence and empathy, as well as a passion for developing as a professional. Time demonstrated her professional quality, with interpersonal and technical skills that allowed her to develop successfully.”

Guillermo Barros

Founder & CEO, Nexstep

“I run a small company (20 people) and hired Michelle’s consulting services to help us become a better place to work. The experience was extraordinary. She helped us define our organizational purpose and corporate values, with concrete action plans to live them day to day. She pushed us to choose happiness ambassadors within the company, designed job profiles for future recruitment processes, and gave us very entertaining workshops on leadership, effective communication and how to give feedback. The whole team valued these initiatives enormously and received Michelle’s work with great enthusiasm. I fully recommend her to growing companies and startups.”

Ana María Torres

Head of People Management, Maihue Agua Premium

“I had the opportunity to work with Michelle, who advised us on building an organizational happiness improvement plan. She stood out for her professionalism, high level of expertise in talent management, and genuine interest in people’s development and well-being, along with her availability, leadership, creativity, openness to sharing her knowledge and great attitude. These qualities make her an excellent professional and someone who is a pleasure to work with.”
